党的十六届六中全会,提出了构建一个民主法治、公平正义、诚信友爱、充满活力、安定有序、人与自然和谐相处的社会主义和谐社会的庄严命题,并把社会核心价值体系作为建设和谐文化的根本,这是贯穿中国特色社会主义事业全过程的长期历史任务和全面建设小康社会的重大现实课题。和谐文化是和谐社会的精神支柱,是和谐社会的灵魂所在。社会的和谐,其本质体现为一种和谐的文化精神。没有和谐的文化,和谐社会的目标就难以全面实现。企业是社会的细胞,是社会物质产品和精神产品的主要生产基地,没有企业的和谐就不可能有整个社会的和谐,从这一角度出发,本文就建设和谐企业文化必须亟待处理好的几个主要实际问题进行了一些探讨,与大家商酌。
