采用PCR技术,以rDNA-ITS区为分子指标,对台湾虫草Cordyceps formosana及其无性型黄山被毛孢Hirsutel lahuangshanensis进行测序和比较分析,以进一步确定两者的对应关系。结果表明:两者的序列完全相同,从而在分子水平上证明了黄山被毛孢是台湾虫草的无性阶段。系统进化树显示台湾虫草的无性型归为被毛孢属较为合理。
PCR-based rDNA-ITS region was used as a molecular marker to sequence and compare the Cordyceps formosana and its anamorphic species Hirsutel lahuangshanensis in order to further confirm their correspondence. The results showed that the sequences of the two strains were completely the same, which proves that the host is asexual stage of Cordyceps militaris at the molecular level. The phylogenetic tree shows that it is more reasonable to classify the anamorph in Cordyceps militaris in Taiwan.
