目的 观察比较外源性微量去甲肾上腺素预处理及经典缺血预处理对在体大鼠缺血 /再灌注心脏损伤的保护效应。方法 将实验动物分为假手术组、缺血 /再灌注组、经典缺血预处理和去甲肾上腺素预处理等 4组。再灌结束后 ,分别测定心功能、心肌丙二醛含量 ,观察心肌超微结构、过氧化氢酶损伤性反应。结果 经典缺血预处理和去甲肾上腺素预处理均能改善心功能、保护心肌超微结构、保护心肌过氧化氢酶活性。结论 外源性去甲肾上腺素预处理是一种无明显创伤性的对缺血 /再灌注大鼠心脏具保护作用的预处理方法 ,能模拟经典缺血预处理心脏保护效应。
Objective To observe the protective effects of exogenous micro norepinephrine pretreatment and classical ischemic preconditioning on myocardial injury in vivo in ischemia / reperfusion rats. Methods The experimental animals were divided into sham group, ischemia / reperfusion group, classic ischemic preconditioning and norepinephrine pretreatment. After reperfusion, the cardiac function and myocardial MDA level were measured, the myocardial ultrastructure was observed, and the catalase injury reaction was observed. Results Both classical ischemic preconditioning and norepinephrine pretreatment could improve cardiac function, protect myocardium ultrastructure and protect myocardial catalase activity. Conclusions Exogenous norepinephrine preconditioning is a preconditioning method that has no obvious traumatic effects on the ischemic / reperfused rat heart and can simulate the effect of classical ischemic preconditioning on cardioprotection.
