顶岗实习是高职类院校教育中一个极为重要的实践性教学环节,通过顶岗实习,使学生接触本专业工作,增强感性认识,培养、锻炼学生综合运用所学的专业知识和基本技能,同时可以检验教学效果,为提高教学质量,培养合格人才积累经验。本文针对我院连锁经营专业学生在沃尔玛的顶岗实习情况,结合自己的实习带队经验对顶岗实习中学生的管理工作进行探讨。 The internship is an extremely important practical teaching link in higher vocational education.
