对某玻璃纤维生产企业的生产废水处理系统进行工艺改造,充分利用原有构筑物和空间结构,采用混凝沉淀/气浮/水解酸化/接触氧化/过滤工艺,出水COD、BOD5、SS和石油类均达到当地城市污水处理厂纳管标准(COD≤260 mg/L,BOD5≤120 mg/L,SS≤200 mg/L,石油类≤20mg/L)。同时针对该处理系统运行费用较高的问题,提出了相应的解决建议。
