目前传统的事业单位薪酬体制已经不适应市场经济体制的要求,制约了国民经济的发展,根据国家有关事业单位改革的要求,薪酬创新成为一个亟待解决的课题。本文以JS煤炭地质单位为例,从人力资源薪酬理论研究和该单位现实情况入手,提出在薪酬体系创新中建立双重职业发展通道、以技能和绩效为基础并将薪酬与绩效考核相结合、重视内在薪酬管理等优化对策。
