采用化学分析、XRD、湿式筛分、显微镜观察、SEMEDS等方法系统研究了三明炼钢粉尘的元素组成、粒度分布、物相、表面形貌及元素分布等基本物性;并进行其酸性浸出条件实验,考察了初始酸浓度、MnO2加入量、温度、浸出时间等因素对矿浆终点pH值、过滤性能及Zn,Fe,SiO2浸出率的影响.结果表明,在25℃、初始酸浓度26.6g/L、加MnO20.4g、浸出120min后,矿浆pH=3.5~3.7,粉尘中Zn的浸出率达98%,而Fe和SiO2浸出率分别为0.22%和9%,且矿浆的过滤性能良好.
The basic physical properties of elemental composition, particle size distribution, phase, surface morphology and elemental distribution of Sanming steelmaking dust were systematically studied by means of chemical analysis, XRD, wet screening, microscopic observation and SEMEDS.
