目的了解某溶脂胶囊辅助降血脂效果。方法以0.25 g/kg、0.50 g/kg、1.50 g/kg剂量的某溶脂胶囊连续给大鼠灌胃30 d,于试验开始及结束时测试TG、TC及HDL-C,观察不同剂量的某溶脂胶囊对高脂饲料喂养大鼠血脂的影响。结果大鼠连续灌胃给予某溶脂胶囊30 d后,0.50 g/kg和1.50 g/kg两个剂量组的某溶脂胶囊能使大鼠血清中TC降低,1.50g/kg剂量组的某溶脂胶囊能使大鼠血清中TG降低,结论在本试验条件下,某溶脂胶囊具有辅助降血脂的作用。
Objective To understand the effect of lipid-reducing capsules on hypolipidemic effect. Methods TG, TC and HDL-C were tested at the beginning and the end of the experiment by 0.25 g/kg, 0.50 g/kg, and 1.50 g/kg lipid-dissolving capsules for 30 days. Effect of Soluble Fat Capsules on Blood Lipid of High Fat Feeding Rats . RESULTS After rats were continuously given intragastric administration of a lipid-resolving capsule for 30 days, a lipid-resolving capsule of the 0.50 g/kg and 1.50 g/kg two-dose groups was able to reduce the serum TC in the rats. One of the 1.50 g/kg dose groups Fat-soluble capsules can reduce the serum TG in rats. Conclusion Under the conditions of this experiment, a fat-dissolving capsule has the effect of helping to lower blood lipids.
