目的 :通过革新改造 ,彻底解决MINOTOME切片机电路结构缺陷导致的热容量低、温度稳定性差问题。方法 :在保证整机技术参数的前提下 ,自制紫铜质材料的异型散热伞扩展原电路结构的热容量。结果 :热稳定性差的问题得到彻底解决 ,革新改造后的机器已正常工作了 8年时间 ,保证了病理切片的质量。结论 :进口医疗设备技术复杂 ,维修难度大 ,采用革新改造的维修方式 ,能有效地解决大问题
Objective : To solve the problem of low heat capacity and poor temperature stability caused by defects in the circuit structure of the MINOTOME slicer through innovation and transformation. Method: Under the premise of ensuring the technical parameters of the whole machine, the special heat-dissipating umbrella of the self-made copper material expands the heat capacity of the original circuit structure. Results: The problem of poor thermal stability was completely solved. The machine after renovation and reformation has been working normally for 8 years, ensuring the quality of pathological sections. Conclusion: The technology of imported medical equipment is complex, maintenance is difficult, and innovative maintenance methods are adopted to solve large problems effectively.
