改革开放以来,我国市场经济呈现出飞速发展的势头,旅游业也得到了长足的发展,同时,旅游业在快速发展过程中,也出现了很多问题,主要体现在旅游消费者无法有效地行使其在旅游消费者权益民法保护中享有的权利。本文对旅游消费者权益民法保护存在的问题进行了分析,以及相应的解决方法与完善措施。 Since the reform and opening up, the market economy in our country has enjoyed rapid development, and the tourism industry has also made great strides. Meanwhile, during the rapid development of tourism industry, many problems have also emerged.
