为了避免矿用振动筛在工作过程中发生共振以及造成筛体的损伤,对振动筛的驱动轴进行模态分析,获得了驱动轴的固有频率和模态振型。经过分析研究,表明该驱动轴的动态特性良好,能避免驱动轴驱动振动筛产生的振动频率与工频发生共振,同时为分析振动筛的损伤提供了理论依据。
In order to avoid the resonance of the mining vibrating screen during operation and the damage of the screen body, the modal analysis of the driving shaft of the vibrating screen was carried out to obtain the natural frequency and mode shape of the driving shaft. After analysis and research, the dynamic characteristics of the drive shaft are good, which can avoid the resonance between the vibration frequency generated by the drive shaft and the power frequency, and provide a theoretical basis for analyzing the damage of the vibrating screen.
