研究在设备故障环境下调度目标为工期的期望-风险准则多阶段流水车间鲁棒调度问题.以期望工期和工期标准差分别作为调度性能和风险的度量,求解这样的鲁棒调度方案,使得期望工期尽可能满意的同时降低风险.在详细描述问题的基础上,研究问题的性质,对量子进化算法进行改进来求解该鲁棒调度问题.计算实验表明,在机器可能发生故障的情况下,期望-风险准则多阶段流水车间的鲁棒调度能够获得满意的性能和鲁棒性. This paper studies the expectation of schedule target-schedule in multi-stage flow shop with risk criterion in equipment failure environment, and considers the expectation duration and duration standard deviation as the measure of scheduling performance and risk, and solves such robust scheduling scheme, Duration as much as possible while reducing the risk.On the basis of describing the problem in detail, the nature of the problem is studied and the quantum evolutionary algorithm is improved to solve the robust scheduling problem.Experimental results show that in the case of possible machine failure, - Robust scheduling of multi-stage flow shop with risk criteria can achieve satisfactory performance and robustness.
