以茶多酚为参照物,采用Fenton反应体系产生羟基自由基和邻苯三酚自氧化产生超氧阴离子自由基,探讨金花茶叶水提物对两者的清除作用。结果表明:金花茶叶水提物对羟基自由基和超氧阴离子自由基均有显著的清除作用,在相同浓度下,金花茶叶水提物的对羟基自由基清除率和对超氧阴离子自由基的清除率分别比茶多酚高15.70%和36.71%。此外,金花茶叶水提物可以抑制超氧阴离子自由基的生成,当添加浓度为1.25 mg/mL时,可以完全阻止超氧阴离子自由基的生成。
Taking tea polyphenols as the reference substance, Fenton reaction system was used to produce hydroxyl radicals and auto-oxidation of pyrogallol to produce superoxide anion radicals. The scavenging effect of aqueous extracts of Jinhua tea was investigated. The results showed that the aqueous extract of Jinhua Tea had significant scavenging effect on hydroxyl radicals and superoxide anion radicals. Under the same concentration, the hydroxyl radical scavenging rate of the aqueous extract of Jinhua Tea and the freedom of superoxide anion The clearance rate of the bases was 15.70% and 36.71% higher than that of tea polyphenols, respectively. In addition, the aqueous extract of Jinhua Tea can inhibit the generation of superoxide anion radicals. When the concentration is 1.25 mg/mL, the generation of superoxide anion radicals can be completely prevented.
