固体电解质ZrO_2(Y_2O_3)粉末的制备研究

本文比较了几种制备方法及Y_2O_3含量对ZrO_2材料性能的影响,提出了ZrO_2立方相的稳定机理。结果发现,在相同Y_2O_3含量条件下,不同制备方法制得的粉末其晶相中ZrO_2立方相体积分数有较大差异。随Y_2O_3含量的增加,粉末晶相中立方相体积分数迅速增大,其立方相晶胞参数逐渐增加,而当Y_2O_3含量增加到9mol%时,晶胞参数反过来又减小。SEM照片表明,随Y_2O_3含量的增加。ZrO_2粉末颗粒逐渐增大,Y_2O_3含量大于6mol%时,ZrO_2粉末形状变得较不均匀规整。Y_2O_3含量较低时,ZrO_2粉末才具有较好的烧結性能。 In this paper, the effect of several preparation methods and Y_2O_3 content on the properties of ZrO_2 was compared, and the stabilization mechanism of ZrO_2 cubic phase was proposed. The results showed that under the same Y_2O_3 content, the volume fraction of cubic phase of ZrO_2 in the powder phase prepared by different preparation methods is quite different. With the increase of Y 2 O 3 content, the volume fraction of cubic phase in the powder crystal phase rapidly increases, and the cubic phase cell parameters increase gradually. When Y 2 O 3 content increases to 9mol%, the unit cell parameters decrease. SEM photographs show that with the increase of Y2O3 content. ZrO 2 powder particles gradually increased, Y_2O_3 content of more than 6mol%, ZrO_2 powder shape becomes less regular. When the content of Y_2O_3 is low, ZrO_2 powder has better sintering performance.
