目的 :研究软肝再生颗粒剂 ( RGZS)防治慢性肝炎、肝炎肝硬化的作用。方法 :运用大鼠实验性肝硬化模型观察 RGZS对大鼠血清谷丙转氨酶 ( AL T)、谷草转氨酶 ( AST)活性及肝组织中羟脯氨酸 ( Hyp)含量的影响 ,同时观察其对大鼠肝组织形态学影响。结果 :对肝硬化大鼠 AL T、AST及肝组织中 Hyp含量有明显的降低效应。光镜可见能抑制胶原纤维增生、刺激肝细胞修复和再生 ,减轻肝细胞变性和坏死的程度 ,电镜下可见 RGZS能恢复造模所致的核染色质异常
Objective: To study the effect of RGZS on the prevention and treatment of chronic hepatitis and hepatic cirrhosis. Methods: To observe the effect of RGZS on the activity of serum ALT and AST and the content of hydroxyproline (Hyp) in liver tissue of rats with experimental liver cirrhosis model. Rat liver tissue morphology. RESULTS : There was a significant decrease in AL T, AST, and Hyp content in liver tissue in cirrhotic rats. Light microscopy can inhibit the proliferation of collagen fibers, stimulate hepatocyte repair and regeneration, reduce the degree of liver cell degeneration and necrosis, electron microscopy can see RGZS can restore the model caused by nuclear chromatin abnormalities
