在幼儿自主探究中,教师应以支持与引导者的身份,在不断观察与评估幼儿的基础上,选择有效的支持策略将幼儿的探究引向更高水平。一、欣赏性互动,强化幼儿探究者形象欣赏性互动,是指老师用期待、鼓励、欣赏的态度,关注幼儿的整个探究过程。能进行欣赏性互动,是教师懂幼儿的直接体现。(一)同伴分享点赞人都是社会性的,都需要也都希望得到他人的认同。当孩子们的作品得到同伴们的认同与欣赏时,他们就有成就感。 In the independent inquiry of young children, teachers should choose effective supportive strategies to guide young children’s inquiry to a higher level, based on the constant observation and evaluation of young children, with the support and guidance of their children.
