改革开放以来,我国高校法学教育改革和发展取得了显著成绩,但我国法学教育的定位与宗旨、人才培养目标与实现形式等还存在诸多问题,而近年来司法考试的兴起,更是将法学教学改革问题再一次推到了风口浪尖。在此背景下,中国劳动关系学院法学系以《劳动合同法》课程改革为例,探索在司法考试背景下法学教学改革的可行性路径。
Since the reform and opening up, there have been notable achievements in the reform and development of law education in Chinese colleges and universities. However, there are still many problems in the orientation and purpose of legal education in our country, as well as the goals and forms of personnel training. In recent years, Once again, the issue of reform has been pushed to the cusp. Against this background, the law department of China Institute of Industrial Relations takes the reform of the Labor Contract Law as an example to explore the feasibility of legal education reform in the judicial examination.
