在治理整顿、深化改革的过程中，国有资产管理上存在的问题已日益明显地暴露出来。这些问题归结起来，集中表现在两个方面：一是资产流失，二是效益低下。本文就存在这些问题的原因和管理途径的选择，谈一点自己的看法。 In the course of governing and rectifying and deepening reforms, the problems in the management of state-owned assets have become increasingly apparent. These problems are attributed to two aspects: one is the loss of assets, and the other is low efficiency. This paper discusses the reasons for the existence of these problems and the choice of management approaches, and discusses their own opinions.
