建设项目集成管理是建筑业项目管理的未来发展方向。项目管理计划作为项目管理的重要组成部分,具有动态、综合、协调的特点,在一定程度上决定了项目管理计划体系同样需要实现全生命周期、全要素和全体外部环境的动态集成管理。同时,建筑信息模型(BIM)平台强大的信息集成功能为计划集成提供了技术支撑。在此基础上,提出基于BIM的项目管理计划体系集成框架,按进度、质量、成本、组织、风险、资源、安全七个主要管理内容对项目管理计划体系进行归类,将其分别对应项目各参与方和全生命周期各阶段,以项目结构分解(WBS)作为项目管理计划与BIM的链接,并提出该框架实现的技术流程,丰富了建设项目集成管理的内容,进一步提高工程建设的信息化水平。
