目的:检测新疆哈萨克族食管癌和癌旁组织中PLCE1基因表达水平,分析PLCE1基因表达与食管鳞癌的分化、分期及转移的相关性。方法:选取30例食管鳞癌及30例配对癌旁组织,应用实时荧光定量PCR(SYBRGreen Real-time PCR)检测PLCE1基因的mRNA表达,分析其与食管鳞癌临床病理特征的关系。结果:PLCE1mRNA在食管鳞癌的表达水平明显高于在癌旁正常组织的表达,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.012);PLCE1mRNA的表达与肿瘤分期、淋巴结转移相关,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与肿瘤部位、肿瘤大小及分化程度无关,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:PLCE1与食管鳞癌的分期、淋巴转移有关,而与食管鳞癌的分化程度无明显关系。提示PLCE1的高表达在食管鳞癌的发生、浸润及转移过程中可能具有重要作用。
Objective: To detect the expression level of PLCE1 gene in Kazakh esophageal cancer tissues and paracancerous tissues, and to analyze the correlation between PLCE1 gene expression and the differentiation, metastasis and metastasis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: Thirty esophageal squamous cell carcinomas and 30 paired para-cancerous tissues were selected. The mRNA expression of PLCE1 gene was detected by real-time quantitative PCR (SYBRGreen Real-time PCR), and its relationship with clinicopathological features was analyzed. Results: The expression of PLCE1 mRNA in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that in adjacent normal tissues (P = 0.012). The expression of PLCE1 mRNA was correlated with tumor stage and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). There was no significant difference with the tumor location, tumor size and differentiation (P> 0.05). Conclusion: PLCE1 is associated with staging and lymphatic metastasis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, but not with the differentiation of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. It suggests that the high expression of PLCE1 may play an important role in the occurrence, invasion and metastasis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
