在光学显微镜和扫描电镜下观察了蜡梅科(Calycanthaceae)2属10种植物的成熟叶表皮及气孔器的特征。发现蜡梅科植物叶上、下表皮细胞垂周壁式样为平直无波纹、浅波纹或深波纹;外切向壁为平滑、短条状、芒状或瘤状。角质纹饰有条状、波条状、穴状、小丘状、小丘状中间具鳞盘的网状、小丘状之间镶嵌凹穴和小丘状到条状。蜡质纹饰有平滑无蜡质纹饰、芒状和颗粒状纹饰。气孔器仅在下表皮存在,皆为平列型。多数特征表现出种间差异,可以提供分种的参考。
The characteristics of mature leaf epidermis and stomatal apparatus in 10 species of two genera of Calycanthaceae were observed under optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. It was found that the apical wall of the upper and lower epidermal cells of the waxy plants were straight, no ripples, shallow ripples or deep ripples. The extrorse walls were smooth, short strip, mantle or tumor. Horny decoration with a strip, wave-shaped, cave-shaped, small fusiform, fusiform network with scales in the reticulate, between the fossils and mound-shaped recesses. Wax textured with a smooth non-wax texture decoration, Mans and granular ornamentation. Stomatal apparatus exists only in the lower epidermis, all of which are of the same type. Most traits exhibit interspecific differences and can provide a reference for species.
