空气压缩机是煤矿的主要生产设备之一,是煤矿常规机电设备,通称为“四大件”之一。灾变情况下,空气压缩机是矿井压风自救系统、紧急避险系统的氧气动力源,是生命救护的核心设备。2010年国家安监总局发布的《煤矿井下安全避险“六大系统”建设完善基本规范(试行)》与《煤矿井下紧急避险系统建设管理暂行规定》对矿井压风自救系统的安设及技术要求,均做了较为严谨的规定。但在实际应用及操作过程中发现在风量设计及安全保护中均存在不足,下面就该问题进行探讨研究。
Air compressor is one of the main production equipment in coal mines, is a conventional coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment, commonly known as the “big four” one. Catastrophic case, the air compressor self-help mine air pressure system, the emergency system of oxygen source of aerodynamics, is the lifeblood of the core equipment. In 2010, SAIC released the “Coal Mine Safety Aid” six major systems, “the basic construction of a sound code of practice (Trial)” and “Coal Mine Emergency Shelter System Construction and Management Interim Provisions” on mine pressure wind self-help system security Set and technical requirements, have done a more stringent requirements. However, in practical application and operation, it is found that there are deficiencies in the design and safety protection of air volume. The following issues are discussed and studied.
