目的:对不同种类柴胡的挥发油含量和组成进行分析比较,为临床用药安全提供依据。方法:利用药典方法提取柴胡的挥发油,比较不同柴胡挥发油含量的区别,利用GC-MS鉴定挥发油成分,并使用代谢组学技术寻找不同柴胡挥发油的差异代谢物。结果:北柴胡与红柴胡不仅在挥发油含量上差别很大,组成上也有很大差别,而北柴胡与三岛柴胡和黑柴胡仅在挥发油含量上有区别,成分差异不大。结论:不同的柴胡的挥发油存在明显差异,是否在临床用药中区别使用值得进一步研究。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze and compare the volatile oil content and composition of different kinds of Bupleurum for the purpose of providing the basis for clinical drug safety. Methods: The volatile oil from Bupleurum chinense was extracted by the pharmacopoeia method. The volatile oil content of Bupleurum chinense was compared. The volatile oil components were identified by GC-MS. Metabolomics was used to find the different metabolites of Bupleurum chinense var. Results: Bupleurum chinense and Bupleurum chinense not only have great differences in volatile oil content, but also have great differences in composition. Bupleurum chinense and Bupleurum rhynchophylla are only differentiated in the content of volatile oil, with little difference in composition . Conclusion: There are significant differences between the volatile oil of different Bupleurum, whether the difference in clinical use is worth further study.
