市民的低碳意识和低碳行为,将是推动建立低碳模式、发展低碳经济、建设低碳城市的重要力量.详细研究市民低碳意识和低碳行为的现状,发现现实缺陷并研究解决机制已成为发展低碳经济,建设低碳城市的必要条件.本小组通过对杭州市民的调查访问,对其低碳意识和低碳行为的现状进行深入剖析和研究,为低碳城市的建设及为相关政策的制定提供可行性参考,同时也对其他发展低碳经济的研究具有借鉴意义和参考价值.
