改革开放以来,尤其是上世纪90年代以来,随着我国经济和社会不断发展,我国油田企业也得到了迅猛发展,产业规模逐渐壮大,已然跃上了新台阶。注水系统是油田补充地层能量,保持油层压力、切实提高采油速度和采收率重要系统。直接影响着原油生产过程中能源消耗的高低。如何改善注水泵自身效率、降低管网管线压降损失是目前油田提高注水效率的首要难题。本文重点对注水系统工艺、流程、设备设施对效率的影响展开深入探究,力求客观全面分析问题并提出相应解决措施。深化改革、求实创新,促使油田注水效率进一步提高,切实推动我国石油企业安全、稳定、高速发展。
Since the reform and opening up, especially since the 90s of the last century, with the continuous development of economy and society in our country, the oilfield enterprises in our country have also been developed rapidly. The scale of the industry has been gradually enlarged and it has now reached a new level. Water injection system is an important system for supplementing formation energy in oilfield, maintaining reservoir pressure, and effectively increasing oil recovery rate and recovery rate. Directly affect the level of energy consumption in the production of crude oil. How to improve the efficiency of the water injection pump and reduce the pressure drop loss of the pipe network is the primary challenge to improve the water injection efficiency in the oilfield. This article focuses on the water system technology, processes, equipment and facilities to conduct an in-depth study of the impact of efficiency, and strive to objectively comprehensive analysis of the problem and propose appropriate solutions. Deepen reform, truth-seeking innovation, to promote oilfield water injection efficiency to further improve and effectively promote China’s oil business safe, stable and rapid development.
