针对高职食品微生物及检测技术课程教学现状,提出从理论教学、实训教学和考核方式等3方面进行改革的措施,总结改革的成效及不足。
According to the present teaching status of food microbiology and detection technology in higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward the measures to reform from three aspects: theoretical teaching, practical teaching and assessment methods, and summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of the reform.
