通过实验的方法探讨任务复杂程度对参与者动机的调节作用,并采用三组对照实验探索在不同金钱奖励情况下,任务复杂程度的调节作用是否会发生改变;同时,从实证角度探讨“挤出效应”是否存在。被试者通过众包任务情境模拟来回答量表问题,利用smartPLS进行数据分析和模型验证。结果表明,任务复杂程度负向调节内外动机对参与意愿的影响,且内外动机之间确实存在“挤出效应”。此外,在不同的金钱激励强度下,任务复杂程度对内外动机的调节作用不同。
Through experiments, we explore the regulatory role of task complexity on participants’ motivation and use three sets of control experiments to explore whether the adjustment of task complexity will change under different monetary rewards; meanwhile, Out effect “exists. Subjects responded to the questionnaire through crowdsourcing mission scenario simulations, using smartPLS for data analysis and model validation. The results show that the task complexity negatively regulates the impact of internal and external motivation on the willingness to participate, and there is indeed a ”crowding out effect" between internal and external motivation. In addition, the task complexity has different effects on internal and external motivation under different monetary incentive intensity.
