随着铁路新线的建成及投入运营,铁路旅客运输在运输组织、满足旅客需求及信息化服务水平等方面都面临新的机遇与挑战,既有的铁路信息系统已不能满足旅客日益增长的信息化服务的需要。为给铁路旅客提供更加人性化的信息服务,提高旅客满意度,本文分析铁路客运站相关的信息服务平台及综合信息查询系统的功能特性,并针对新形势下客运站发展中对信息化服务建设的需求,提出了客运站旅客综合信息查询系统的优化设计方案。
