目的评价螺旋CT及重建技术对小肠肿瘤的诊断价值。方法对经手术病理证实的54例小肠肿瘤CT,多平面重建(MPR)及滑动薄层块最大密度投影(STS-MIP)的表现进行回顾性分析。结果小肠肿瘤包括间质瘤24例、腺癌15例、脂肪瘤10例、淋巴瘤4例及腺瘤1例等。CT及其重建技术对小肠肿瘤的定位和定性诊断的正确率均为96.3%(52/54),MPR及STS-MIP可以显示供血动脉及引流静脉。结论螺旋CT及MPR、STS-MIP重建对小肠肿瘤的定性、定位诊断具有重要的临床价值。
Objective To evaluate the value of spiral CT and reconstruction in the diagnosis of small bowel tumors. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on the performance of 54 cases of intestinal tumor confirmed by surgery and pathology, multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) and maximum density projection of sliding thin layer mass (STS-MIP). Results Small intestinal tumors including 24 stromal tumors, adenocarcinoma in 15 cases, lipoma in 10 cases, 4 cases of lymphoma and adenoma in 1 case. The accuracy of CT and its reconstruction in localization and qualitative diagnosis of small intestine tumors were 96.3% (52/54). MPR and STS-MIP could display the feeding artery and drainage vein. Conclusion Spiral CT, MPR and STS-MIP reconstruction have important clinical value in the diagnosis and localization of small intestine tumors.
