采用调查研究的方法,对237位中小学教师的职业心理素质状况进行了调查。结果显示:当前教师的职业心理素质普遍偏低;在引导学生学习能力方面,主要以学习过程的行为指导为主;在理解学生心理发展能力方面,普遍忽视学生的心理发展特点;在把握教学目标能力方面,只强调知识目标,缺乏对情感目标和认知目标的把握;在心理沟通能力方面,主要以单向沟通和无沟通为主;在应对问题行为能力方面,缺乏有效的应对方法和科学的应对原则。结论:中小学教师的职业心理素质亟待提升。
Using the method of investigation and research, we investigated the occupational psychological quality of 237 primary and secondary school teachers. The results show that: the current teacher’s professional psychological quality is generally low; in guiding students ’learning ability, the main guideline is the behavioral guidance of the learning process; in understanding students’ ability of psychological development, students are generally ignored the psychological development characteristics; In terms of abilities, it only emphasizes knowledge goals and lacks understanding of emotional goals and cognitive goals. In terms of psychological communication skills, it mainly focuses on one-way communication and non-communication. In response to problem-solving abilities, it lacks effective coping methods and science The response principle. Conclusion: The professional psychological quality of primary and secondary school teachers needs to be improved urgently.
