从1979年开始,我国国有企业都在不断改革,但是一直到现在企业的产权改革依然还在进行中。这些年来,在我国经济体制改革中始终将国有企业产权改革作为中心环节。而且产权改革也是国有企业改革中的深层次问题,一直都被社会公众及理论界所关注。在这种形势下,探析国有交通投资企业产权改革具有重要价值。本文阐述了国有企业的改革历程,从混合所有制改革基础上分析国有交通投资企业改革思路,为相关的研究人士提供参考依据。 Since 1979, the state-owned enterprises in our country have been constantly reforming, but until now the reform of property rights in enterprises is still under way. In these years, the reform of property rights in state-owned enterprises has always been the central link in the economic structural reform in our country. Moreover, property rights reform is also a deep-seated problem in the reform of state-owned enterprises and has always been the focus of the public and theorists. Under such circumstances, it is of great value to probe into the property right reform of state-owned transportation investment enterprises. This paper describes the reform process of state-owned enterprises, analyzes the reform ideas of state-owned transportation investment enterprises on the basis of mixed ownership reform, and provides reference for relevant researchers.
