我们常说的“后进生”主要是指那些思想及学习方面存在很多问题的学生,他们的逻辑思维能够一般,对于新知识的接受能力较弱,学习成绩往往处于中下游水平。后进生不良学习习惯的转化是班级工作中的一个难点,但也应该是班级工作的一个重点。所以班主任应该多想办法,尽最大努力转化后进生,多关爱后进生,在思想上多关心引导,在学习上加强指导,多鼓励,多管理,促进后进生在思想上和学习上尽快转变。
We often say that “backward students” mainly refers to those thinking and learning problems that exist in many students, their logical thinking can be general, the ability to accept new knowledge is weak, academic performance is often at the lower reaches of the level. The transformation of poor student learning habits is a difficult task in class, but it should also be a focus of class work.
