Filoviruses are hemorrhagic fever viruses endemic to parts of Africa and the Philippines. Infection carries with it a mortality rate of up to 90% and currently there are no effective vaccines or therapeutics available to combat infection. However, the filovirus virus-like particles (VLP), which are currently under development, have been shown to be a promising vaccine candidate. They provide protection from infection in the mouse, guinea pig, and nonhuman primate models of infection, eliciting high anti-glycoprotein antibody titers and T cell responses to viral proteins. In this review, we will highlight the development of the filovirus VLP and describe the current understanding of VLP immunogenicity and correlates of protection. 【摘要】目的通过液基薄层细胞技术的应用,评价其临床价值,从而提高我县在宫颈癌普查中的敏感性和诊断率。方法利用液基薄层细胞制片技术(TCT)对11720例宫颈癌筛查的育齡妇女的宫颈标本进行细胞学检查,按Bethesda诊断系统(TBS)做出诊断,并对结果进行回顾性分析。结果11720例满意标本中,上皮细胞异常(阳性病例)860例,占7.33%,鳞状细胞癌(SCC)12例,占0.10%,腺癌(AC)1
