给出了一个利用MPEG-4技术在网络上进行视频的流式传输方案。指出了MPEG-4技术的优越性，说明它是符合流媒体技术的要求的。给出总体设计的模块图，并对其中的视频编解码、SL层打包和解包、基于DMIF的网络子系统分别给予详细的阐述。
A streaming scheme for video over the Internet using MPEG-4 is given. Pointed out the superiority of MPEG-4 technology, it is in line with the requirements of streaming media technology. Gives the overall design of the module map, and the video codecs, SL layer packing and unpacking, DMIF-based network subsystems were given in detail.
