目的调查新疆地区中学生主观幸福感,分析其可能的影响因素,为提高该群体幸福感,采取更加完善的干预措施提供理论依据。方法对新疆4个地区1000名中学生,采用总体幸福感量表(SWB)进行整群抽样调查。结果新疆地区中学生主观幸福感平均分为(111.17±13.99);可能与幸福感相关的8项影响因素中,除中学生的来源、母亲的文化程度以外,其余6项与中学生主观幸福感及其中的部分因子呈显著相关(P<0.05),4项进入多元逐步回归方程(P<0.05)。结论性别、年级、中学类型和家庭类型等6项对中学生的主观幸福感有影响,通过干预其中的部分影响因素可能有助于提高中学生主观幸福感。
Objective To investigate the subjective well-being of middle school students in Xinjiang and to analyze the possible influencing factors. To improve the group’s well-being and to adopt more complete interventions, provide a theoretical basis. Methods A total of 1000 middle school students in 4 districts of Xinjiang were surveyed by using the General Well-Being Scale (SWB). Results The average subjective well-being of middle school students in Xinjiang was (111.17 ± 13.99). Among the eight factors that may be related to happiness, the subjective well-being of middle school students and six of them were not significant Some factors were significantly related (P <0.05), 4 entered the multiple stepwise regression equation (P <0.05). Conclusions Six items such as gender, grade, secondary school type and family type have an impact on the subjective well-being of middle school students. It may be helpful to improve the subjective well-being of middle school students by intervening some of the influencing factors.
