Oxycellulose glutaraldehyde and PVA can be used as carriers for the immobilization of hemogolobin (Hb).Comparing their factors of immobilization the amount of immobilized Hb and the adsorption capacity to nitrite,we can find that useing glutaraldehyde to immobilize Hb is the best way to adsorb nitrite.The optimal condition of removal for NO - 2 is that the immobilized Hb is acidified for two hours with 1mol/L HNO 3 till the pH of the solution reaches 3.
