随着经济社会的不断发展和节能减排的需求,住宅小区的节能设计受到了各方重视。但在前期规划设计中,节能意识较为薄弱以及缺少合理的设计方法。文章从建筑朝向、间距和布局3个方面综合阐述了规划阶段的节能设计方法,为节能在住宅小区规划设计中的应用提供了依据。 With the continuous development of economy and society and the demand of energy saving and emission reduction, the energy saving design of residential quarters has been valued by all parties. However, in the early planning and design, energy-saving awareness is weak and the lack of a reasonable design method. The article comprehensively expounds the energy-saving design method in the planning stage from three aspects of building orientation, spacing and layout, and provides the basis for energy-saving in the application of residential district planning and design.
