加强沉降观测分析是防控软土地基基础沉降所带来工程危害的有效途径。本文选择连云港地区常见的多种类型工程结构基础,结合几个典型的实际工程来介绍对其沉降监测的情况,基于前期实测沉降数据对沉降趋势进行分析预测,得出合理的趋势线,对沉降未来发展作预测分析,以指导工程。实践表明曲线拟合法较纯理论计算更精确,也更简单实用易于推广,比较适合应用于土层分布较均匀、土质较软的连云港沿海滩涂地区,尤其是沉降绝对量较大、持续时间较长的浅基础。
