目的探讨中西医结合治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎的临床疗效。方法选择2006年10月至2007年4月在本院门诊就诊的60例(67只眼)患有单疱病毒性角膜炎患者,病程为6d～8个月。经过系统采用局部及全身中西医结合的方法进行治疗,通过裂隙灯显微镜及荧光素钠染色观察角膜炎性反应的转归及愈合情况。结果本组病例治愈率为86.57%,总有效率为98.51%,随访期限内3例复发,肝经湿热型1例,肝胆实热型2例,分别采用中西医结合的方法治疗后痊愈。结论中西医结合是治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎的一种有效方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis. Methods Sixty patients (67 eyes) with herpes simplex virus keratitis from October 2006 to April 2007 in our outpatient department were enrolled. The course of disease ranged from 6 days to 8 months. After systematic and local Chinese and Western medicine combined with the method of treatment, through the slit lamp microscope and fluorescein staining observed corneal inflammatory response and healing. Results The cure rate of this group was 86.57%, the total effective rate was 98.51%, 3 cases relapsed during the follow-up period, 1 case of liver damp-heat syndrome and 2 cases of hepatobiliary and heat-dampness syndrome. All cases were cured by the combination of TCM and WM. Conclusion Integrative Medicine is an effective treatment for herpes simplex keratitis.
