资产证券化在我国正处于快速发展的启动阶段。本文分析了物业费资产证券化的可行性,阐述了物业费资产证券化的参与主体与运作流程,说明了物业费资产证券化的意义,并在此基础上对物业费资产证券化进行了案例分析,同时指出了物业费资产证券化可能存在的问题。希望借由本文的研究,可以为物业企业盘活存量资产、加快资金周转提供一定的借鉴。
Asset-backed securitization is in the start-up phase of rapid development in our country. This article analyzes the feasibility of securitization of property fee asset securitization, elaborates the main body and operation process of asset securitization of property fee, explains the significance of securitization of property fee asset securitization, and on this basis carries on the case of property securitization of asset securitization Analysis, at the same time points out the possible problems of property securitization.
