用紫外分光光度法测定穿琥宁注射液的含量，在 ４．０～３６．０ μｇ／ｍ ｌ浓度范围内，呈良好的线性关系，平均回收率为 １００．９％ ， Ｒ Ｓ Ｄ 为 ０．６５％ 。方法简单、快速、准确。
Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of kaliifluin in a concentration range of 4.0-36.0 μg/ml. The linear relationship was good. The average recovery was 100.9% and R S D was 0.65. %. The method is simple, fast, and accurate.
