基于社会资本和知识管理理论,探讨了在中国关系社会背景下社会资本与创新绩效之间的关系,检验了知识获取对二者关系的调节效应,揭示了供应链管理中社会资本对创新绩效的影响机制以及知识获取在创新中的重要作用。基于供应链视角,从供应商、企业内部、客户3个方面对社会资本进行了探讨,并运用278家制造企业的调研数据,采用线性回归及调节效应检验方法对假设进行了实证检验。研究结果表明:企业内部社会资本和客户社会资本对企业创新绩效有显著的正向影响;知识获取对社会资本(供应商、企业内部、客户)与创新绩效之间的关系具有正向调节效应。
Based on the theories of social capital and knowledge management, this paper discusses the relationship between social capital and innovation performance in the context of social relations in China, examines the effect of knowledge acquisition on the relationship between the two and reveals the impact of social capital on innovation performance in supply chain management Impact mechanism and the important role of knowledge acquisition in innovation. Based on the perspective of supply chain, the social capital was discussed from three aspects of suppliers, enterprises and customers. Using the research data of 278 manufacturing enterprises, the hypothesis was tested empirically by linear regression and adjustment effect test. The results show that social capital and customer social capital have a significant positive impact on the innovation performance of enterprises, and knowledge acquisition has a positive regulatory effect on the relationship between social capital (suppliers, enterprises and customers) and innovation performance.
