在“畅通工程”中,机动车行驶畅通固然是重要方面,与此同时,是不是也要充分考虑自行车和行人出行的“畅通”呢? 推动公交优先,如果不是简单地“禁行”自行车,而是通过降低出行成本、方便换乘等方式,吸引人们乐于乘公交,觉得乘公交甚至比骑自行车更方便,从而自愿“弃用”自行车,才是强调公交优先的初衷。 读了最近刊登的《绿灯时间应长些》,感慨颇多。文
