中国处在一个经济发展、社会变革的关键时期,由社会变化而引发的学校变革问题亦已受到了我们社会各界的广泛关注。本文立足于转型时代的社会背景和学校自身的变革需要,试图梳理学校变革的相关理论,探讨当代我国基础教育学校变革的性质及功能定位等问题,并就未来学校变革的基本目标和策略,提出自己的看法与建议。
China is in a crucial period of economic development and social change. The issue of the reform of schools caused by social changes has also drawn widespread attention from all sectors of our society. Based on the social background in the transitional period and the need of the reform of the school itself, this article tries to sort out the relevant theories of the school reform, discuss the nature and function of the school reform in contemporary elementary education in our country, and put forward the basic goals and strategies of the school reform in the future. My own views and suggestions.
