相控阵天线的快速测量和校准一直是相控阵天线研究的热门问题。传统校准方法的测量速度较慢,不能满足大量工程需求的测量校准要求。针对实际工程应用需求,在对幅相求解算法研究的基础上,提出了一种基于幅度测量的快速校准方法——四相幅度校准法(FPC)。经理论分析,该方法的校准时间仅相当于采用6位数字移相器的旋转矢量法所花费校准时间的1/16。对四相幅度校准法、采用4位数字移相器的旋转矢量法和采用6位数字移相器的旋转矢量法的校准速度和校准精度做了对比试验,试验结果验证了四相幅度校准法的正确性和高效性。
The rapid measurement and calibration of phased array antennas has always been a hot issue in the research of phased array antennas. The traditional calibration method of measurement speed is slow, can not meet the needs of a large number of engineering measurement and calibration requirements. Based on the research of amplitude and phase solving algorithm, a fast calibration method based on amplitude measurement, four-phase amplitude calibration method (FPC), is proposed for the practical engineering application. According to the theoretical analysis, the calibration time of this method is only 1/16 of the calibration time spent using the rotation vector method of 6-digit phase shifter. The four-phase amplitude calibration method, the use of 4-digit phase shifter rotary vector method and the use of 6-bit digital phase shifter rotation vector calibration speed and calibration accuracy compared to the test results verify the four-phase amplitude calibration method The correctness and efficiency.
