为了解决玉米播种机机架在播种过程中产生复杂振动变形而影响播种株距均匀性的问题,以自主研发的2BFQ-2型山地小型玉米播种机为研究对象,用UGNX7.5软件建立机架的三维模型和有限元模型,然后应用NASTRAN求解器分析机架的各阶模态,最后计算出机架的固有频率、总振幅和主振型,并输出各阶频率位移云图。该研究结果为机架后续的设计和减振分析提供了理论依据,对稳态播种和提高播种株距的均匀性具有重要的理论意义。
In order to solve the problem that the maize sowing machine rack will produce complex vibration deformation during sowing and affect the evenness of seeding plant, 2BFQ-2 type mountain small maize sowing machine developed by ourselves is taken as the research object, UGNX7.5 software is used to build the rack 3D models and finite element models. Then, the NASTRAN solver is used to analyze the different modes of the rack. Finally, the natural frequencies, total amplitudes and main vibration modes of the rack are calculated and the frequency-shifted cloud images of the various levels are output. The results of this study provide a theoretical basis for the follow-up design of the rack and the analysis of vibration damping, and have important theoretical significance for steady-state sowing and increasing the uniformity of sowing plant spacing.
