客户就上帝,客户是企业盈利的源泉,如何保留老客户、不断开发新客户成为企业发展的关键所在。在客户购买行为分析中使用数据挖掘技术可以帮助企业更好的分析客户行为、进行交叉销售、实施客户细分。为此本文提出了基于数据挖掘的客户购买行为分析系统的架构,介绍了基于数据挖掘的客户购买行为分析系统的具体应用。
Customer God, the customer is the source of corporate profits, how to retain customers, and constantly develop new customers become the key to business development. Using data mining techniques in customer buying behavior analysis can help organizations better analyze customer behavior, cross-sell, and implement customer segmentation. Therefore, this paper proposes the architecture of customer purchase behavior analysis system based on data mining, and introduces the application of customer purchase behavior analysis system based on data mining.
