企业员工的培训不仅可以帮助企业充分利用其人力资源的潜能,激活人的能动性,对员工实行知识更新和补充,实现员工的自身价值,帮助其职业规划设计,提高工作满意度及对企业的忠诚度,更有利于实行员工的自我管理及自我激励,而且可以降低成本,提高对企业战略决策的理解与支持,提高工作效率和经济效益,从而增强企业市场竞争力。因此,员工培训已经成为企业一项重要的工作内容,构建一个完善的培训体系更是迫在眉睫。
