为了寻求影响心血管功能的有效耳穴,并探讨耳针的作用机理。本文对失血性休克状态下的家兔,观察耳针“心穴”对其心泵功能的影响,实验结果,耳针组和对照组在休克前、休克时所观察指标无显著性差异(P>0.1),耳针后5、10、15、20、25、30、60min 时,见耳针组动脉血压(BP)、心率(HR)、每搏出量(SV)、心输出量(CO)、心脏指数(CI)、心阻抗环(dz/dt-P)有明显变化,与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.001)。尤其在耳针后15~30min 具有高度显著性差异。本工作证明,耳针“心穴”确实存在抗休克作用,且认为这种抗休克作用与改善内脏器官血流量及改善心功能有一定联系,可为临床治疗休克提供实验依据。
In order to seek effective ear points affecting cardiovascular function, and to explore the mechanism of acupuncture. In this paper, rabbits in hemorrhagic shock state observed ear acupuncture points on the cardiac pump function, the experimental results, ear acupuncture group and the control group before shock, shock observed when the index was no significant difference (P > 0.1) and the ear acupuncture group at 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 60 minutes after the ear acupuncture treatment. The arterial blood pressure (BP), heart rate (HR), stroke volume (SV) ), Cardiac index (CI) and cardiac impedance ring (dz / dt-P) had significant changes compared with the control group (P <0.001). Especially in the ear after 15 ~ 30min with a highly significant difference. This work proves that ear acupuncture “point” does exist anti-shock effect, and that this anti-shock effect and improve visceral organ blood flow and improve cardiac function have a certain relationship, can provide experimental evidence for clinical treatment of shock.
