暑期社会实践是高职学生课外实践教学的一项重要内容,其常规组织模式主要有人员多而内容少、周期长而收获少等缺点,不利于学生的个性化发展。通过团队化管理模式,分配具体团队任务,明确小组成员职责,践行体系监督和自我监督,辅以实践和生活双导师,通过实践过程评价和最终评价,将学生实践过程量化考核,保证每个学生都有所收获,实践锻炼效果提升显著。
The summer social practice is an important part of extra-curricular practice teaching for higher vocational students. Its conventional organizational model mainly consists of many personnel but few contents, long cycle and low income, which is not conducive to the individualized development of students. Through the team management mode, assigning specific team tasks, clarifying the responsibilities of team members, practicing system supervision and self-supervision, supplemented by practice and life dual tutors, and through practice process evaluation and final evaluation, the students practice the process of quantitative assessment to ensure that each Students have harvested, improve the effectiveness of practice training significantly.
